Science In Schools

A different start to Monday morning today. Richard Scholes - 'The crazy scientist' is here presented is show entitled 'Wild Weather'.

Richard seemed to have a magic way when pulling metal rings apart. Can you see how he does it?
Richard ended his show with the smoke machine - the smoke rings flew over everyone!

Hi Rebecca my name is belle from Kaniere school. We aren't that lucky he just came to our school and did a magic science show! and my favorite experiment was when I got to go up and stick my hand in a bowl full of ice and water and then in a bag full of blubber into the ice. when I put my hand straight in it was FREEZING!!! and when I put my hand in the blubber and then in the ice it was warm!! how can this be? and I will check out your blog

ReplyDeleteNi Hao, My name is Max and I am a student in room 8 at Waikowhai Primary School. I really like how he has made it so the magic rings would just join together like that. It made me think of when I was playing with rings that had little beads on them that you had to keep moving. Have you thought about doing any other experiments or science like this any other time? I like the way how you guys were lucky enough to get science in your school.When I saw this post it reminded me of my old school because In my old school we did a experiment with a pump bottle and we made the stinkiest smell then we chucked it away.Did you guys have any other videos?If you want to see my learning type this up.
