My Place in the World Writing
6 April 2016
Over the last few weeks the class have been researching one of the countries their families have come from. This has seen students learn how to correctly write a formal report and produce a "My Place in the World" piece of writing. Writing formally has helped the class learn how to correctly construct topic sentences and group their ideas into paragraphs. Watch out for regular updates to this post and enjoy learning about the range of countries that Ruma Tahi students come from! Aotearoa written by Riley Jimmy's ancestors homeland is the Land of Bagpipes!
